Very pleasantly surprised with the whole service, from early communication to ensure correct engraving, to message with the gift box. And the product itself is of such lovely high quality: it's very elegant and classy in a lovely presentation box. I bought these custom cuff links for an anniversary gift for my husband. They are eye-catching and as beautiful in person as in the pictures. For anyone who needs these by a specific date (as I did) you should note that the estimated arrival date is just that, an estimate. I believe if I had left a note for the seller indicating I needed them within the estimated timeframe, he would have made sure to get them to me in time, but I didn’t know to do that. As a result, they arrived a couple days after my anniversary. My husband still loves them and will enjoy them just the same, so I’m glad I ordered them.
