The year is 2012. Jewelry enthusiasts Maria and Tomasz are running a brand of personalized silver jewelry for women.
Ahead of a family celebration, Tomek is looking for a pair of cufflinks for himself. However, the market offer proves to be ruthless: on one side, tacky plastic casts; on the other, collector's classics with a form that is a bit too serious and formal.
So, Tomek designs his own cufflinks and crafts them himself in the workshop. A minimalist design, created as a subtle joke about stiff conventions – the letters ĄĘ.
At the celebration, the cufflinks spark great interest, becoming the starting point for many conversations. It was then that the thought emerged: such a small accessory could hold something significant and important – character, history, personality.
This is how, quite inconspicuously, the story of feinfein begins (the word fein refers to the nobility and purity of precious metals).
Philosophy and values
We are fascinated by the fact that cufflinks have always been more than just a sleeve fastener. They were “jewelry of intention.” We draw from a rich history dating back to the 17th-century boutons de manchettes, which replaced lace ribbons. We are inspired by classic monogram designs, which in the Victorian era were most often personal gifts given during life's pivotal moments. A sea of inspiration lies in the golden age of jewelry enamel - a technique that allowed masters like Fabergé to complement metal with depths of color.
In the 1960s, the garment industry stripped cufflinks of their daily functional role, replacing them with buttons. In the jewelry industry today, cufflinks are a micro-segment. For most companies, they are merely an accessory to many more popular categories.
For us, they have become our primary area of development and focus. This micro-scale gives us something we don't find in a market rushing toward sales maximization and frequent collection turnovers: quiet, mindfulness, and space for another person.
We do not try to be a brand for everyone. Our role is to clothe your gratitude, pride, or congratulations in a personal form of precious metal and to create jewelry that, as physical evidence of your relationship, requires time and full commitment.
The year 2026 marks a return to our roots.
After years of operating within a larger team, we have returned to working as a duo - a declaration of our full responsibility for every stage of creation. From the first conversation about your needs, through the 1:1 artisanal crafting process, to the packaging of the finished jewelry - we are there in every step. A new logo, exclusive packaging, and even more refined designs reflect our readiness for those who do not seek compromises.
We create for those who wish to gift something more than jewelry, they wish to gift an authentic, human intention dressed in precious metal.

The gift was received with euphoria; it was love at first sight; every detail was scrutinized. My husband ended up looking at his sleeves more often than at me.
