Gold cufflinks with a compass, made of 14k (585) gold. On a round 16 mm face sits a compass rose, and along the edge run the geographic coordinates of a place you choose. The motif is filled with black jewelry enamel. The full, durable form, a dozen or so grams of gold, has a pleasant weight in the hand.
A compass points a direction; coordinates mark a single point on the map. It can be the place of a wedding, a family home, a harbor someone sailed from, a summit after a full day's climb, or the place where an acquaintance began. These cufflinks suit a wedding, an anniversary, the birth of a child or an important journey.
We enter the coordinates exactly as you give them, and we will send you a visualization for approval before we start working in gold. You can add engraving on the toggle: the date of an event at that place, or a short word, visible only to the person wearing the cufflinks.
