I had the best customer service I’ve ever received from this shop! They worked with me for a custom piece for my fiancés wedding gift. When I messed up a component of it they responded to me so quickly to make the adjustment! The piece they made was amazing quality as well. If you’re bouncing between a few places for a piece, stick with them!

Very pleasantly surprised with the whole service, from early communication to ensure correct engraving, to message with the gift box. And the product itself is of such lovely high quality: it's very elegant and classy in a lovely presentation box.
