The customer service was amazing ! Tom reached out straight away after my order , showed me the design and making sure I was happy with it as well as asking when I needed the item by , due to Christmas rush. He made sure to make the custom order and dispatched the item on time. He even post it express for me as he knew I wanted it by Christmas. Very pleasantly surprised with the whole service, from early communication to ensure correct engraving, to message with the gift box. And the product itself is of such lovely high quality: it's very elegant and classy in a lovely presentation box. I knew I wanted these cufflinks the second I saw them. They exceeded my expectations. Absolutely beautiful and expertly crafted. My gift recipient was thrilled. One of , if not best purchase I ever made sight unseen. Also, I was asked if my purchase was a gift and was supplied with a lovely gift box.
