How does the customization of this design work?
- choose a fastening type - a long needle with a removable tip or a pin fastener (called a butterfly, not visible)
- choose a surface finish
- add an optional engraving on the back

- Silver with a thickness of 1,7 mm - our lapel pins are made from thick silver sheet metal, which ensures stability and solidity despite their delicate form. Most market standards offer thinner sheets that can be cut by a machine. At FEINFEIN, precise cutting from thick silver is a masterful skill of human hands!

The customer service was amazing ! Tom reached out straight away after my order , showed me the design and making sure I was happy with it as well as asking when I needed the item by , due to Christmas rush. He made sure to make the custom order and dispatched the item on time. He even post it express for me as he knew I wanted it by Christmas.
