Custom order – cufflinks featuring a personalized motif, as agreed upon via email correspondence.

What is it made of? 925 sterling silver, 2mm thick - for weight and durability.
What can I personalize? The letters, the font style, the enamel color, and an engraving on the fastener.
Will the enamel color fade? The enamel forms a deep, durable fill around the silver that won't fade. It doesn't chip.
Will this design really be one of a kind? Yes - each pair is made only once. We don't repeat designs in batches.
What kind of fastener do they have? A “whale tail” fastener (named for its shape) with a moving locking mechanism.
How long does it take to make? About 4 weeks, unless we agree on a different timeline with you directly.
What's the warranty? 5 years on physical defects. We offer servicing for life.
Can I return finished jewelry? The right of return doesn't apply to personalized designs made to individual order.
Who do I talk to if I have questions? With Maria or Tom - directly with the people who make them. No chatbot, no large customer service department. We're close to you.
