When I messed up a component of it they responded to me so quickly to make the adjustment! The piece they made was amazing quality as well. It is an amazing handcrafted piece, finely and delicate crafted. It is much more beautiful than in the photo. Absolutely beautiful! The seller is extremely professional and was in contact all the time, very attentive to the order and shipping.
