§ 1 General provisions

  1. This document sets out the Privacy Policy of the FEINFEIN Store, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Store by the User.
  2. Privacy Policy is an integral appendix to the Regulations.

§ 2 Definitions

The terms used in the regulations mean:

  1. Administrator - Tomasz Woźniak, running a business under the name FEINFEIN Tomasz Woźniak, ul. Śląska 12, 44-105 Gliwice, NIP 6312347952, REGON 243275361;
  2. Shop - FEINFEIN online shop available via the Internet from the domain http://feinfein.com
  3. Website - the website at http://feinfein.com and all its subpages.
  4. Parties - Administrator and User.
  5. User - a natural person who, by registering in the Store in the manner indicated in § 2 of the Regulations, has an active user account or makes a purchase in the Store without registration.

§ 3 Personal data protection

  1. The administrator is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of art. 7 point 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
  2. Data entered in the IT System by the User who is a natural person has been registered in the register of personal data files kept by GIODO.
  3. Using the Store requires the User to provide his own personal data.
  4. The administrator collects and processes the following personal data:
    • name
    • delivery address
    • telephone number
    • email address
    • business company
    • tax identification number
    • business address
  5. The Administrator processes personal data in order to conclude a contract and provide services and sell the Administrator's goods to Users and other legally justified purposes.
  6. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.

§ 4 User permissions

  1. The user has the right to access and inspect the content of personal data and to correct and update them.
  2. In the event of a change in personal data, the User should update them in the User Profile.
  3. The Administrator provides the User with the possibility of removing his personal data from the data set referred to in § 3 point 2 at the User's request, as well as in other cases, on the basis of applicable law.
  4. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User's personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.

§ 5 Data encryption

  1. The Administrator undertakes to encrypt data transmission in order to secure the User's data stored in the system.
  2. Each connection between the User and the Store is encrypted and confidential.

§ 6 Technical data protection

  1. The Administrator undertakes to store backup copies containing the User's personal data.
  2. Entrusted data is stored on top-class equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers to which only authorized persons have access.
  3. The administrator carries out activities related to the processing of personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the provisions on the protection of personal data.

§ 7 Cookies Policy

  1. For the convenience of Users, the Store uses cookies, e.g. in order to adapt the website to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website visited by the Internet user to the Internet user's device.
  2. The data collected in the logs are used only for the purposes of administering the Store.
  3. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store:
    • IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website;
    • request arrival time,
    • response time,
    • name of the client station - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link);
    • information about the user's browser.
  4. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period as auxiliary material used to administer the Store. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to admin store management. On the basis of log files, statistics can be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying features of website visitors.
  5. The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about website users or to track their navigation. Cookies used in the Store do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.
  6. We use the following cookies in the Store:
    • google-analytics.com cookies - website statistics
    • session cookies (they expire at the end of the session)
    • cookies used to support user authorization
    • cookies associated with displaying messages related to form handling

  7. The third-party websites whose materials we present may also use cookies that enable logging in and serve to deliver advertisements corresponding to the user's preferences and behavior.

§ 8 Contact

  1. The User may contact the Administrator at any time in order to obtain information on whether and how the Administrator uses or intends to use his personal data.
  2. The User may also ask the Administrator to delete his personal data in whole or in a specific part.
