The customer service was amazing ! Tom reached out straight away after my order , showed me the design and making sure I was happy with it as well as asking when I needed the item by , due to Christmas rush. He made sure to make the custom order and dispatched the item on time. He even post it express for me as he knew I wanted it by Christmas. I had the best customer service I’ve ever received from this shop! They worked with me for a custom piece for my fiancés wedding gift. When I messed up a component of it they responded to me so quickly to make the adjustment! The piece they made was amazing quality as well. If you’re bouncing between a few places for a piece, stick with them!

I knew I wanted these cufflinks the second I saw them. They exceeded my expectations. Absolutely beautiful and expertly crafted. My gift recipient was thrilled. One of , if not best purchase I ever made sight unseen. Also, I was asked if my purchase was a gift and was supplied with a lovely gift box. If you’re on the fence about this package run with it, you’ve found a winner.
