Tom reached out straight away after my order , showed me the design and making sure I was happy with it as well as asking when I needed the item by , due to Christmas rush. It is an amazing handcrafted piece, finely and delicate crafted. It is much more beautiful than in the photo. Absolutely beautiful! The seller is extremely professional and was in contact all the time, very attentive to the order and shipping.
