I had the best customer service I’ve ever received from this shop! They worked with me for a custom piece for my fiancés wedding gift. When I messed up a component of it they responded to me so quickly to make the adjustment! The piece they made was amazing quality as well. I knew I wanted these cufflinks the second I saw them. They exceeded my expectations. Absolutely beautiful and expertly crafted. My gift recipient was thrilled. One of , if not best purchase I ever made sight unseen. Also, I was asked if my purchase was a gift and was supplied with a lovely gift box.
